MediSphereXR is a 3D/XR platform for viewing medical imaging and anatomical models, collaborating live, and
organizing case libraries for teaching, planning, and review.

Yes. MediSphereXR currently runs on XR headsets only (e.g., Meta Quest, Apple Vision Pro, Pico).
DICOM for imaging workflows (3D segmentation services are available at additional cost on a case-by-case
basis), and common 3D formats like STL/OBJ/FBX.
Log in to the app. From the menu, select TEAM and share your Team Code to invite members. Join and start a live session to co-annotate models with role-based permissions.
- Collaborator Mode: all team members can use tools and manipulate 3D models.
- Presenter Mode: only the presenter can use tools; other members are view-only (spectators) but can speak via audio.
Yes—encryption in transit and at rest, granular access control, and audit-friendly activity logs. Contact us
for organization-level controls.
Yes. SSO/SAML and Two-Factor Authentication are available for organization workspaces.

No. We don’t offer a free plan, but we can provide a 7-day full-access trial upon request and management
approval on a case-by-case basis.
Register via the website. Download and install the MediSphereXR app from the Meta Quest Store
(currently supported). After installation, use the Login Code shown in your account details to sign
in. Feature access depends on your plan tier.
Use the web dashboard and follow the upload instructions. As soon as you upload your model
(processing for large files may take a moment), it will appear in the app and be available to start your
session.
Depends on plan. Typical tiers support ~5 (Starter), ~15 (Team), and up to ~99 (Enterprise) concurrent
participants.
You can upload pre-anonymized datasets. Enterprise plans can include workflow guidance and controls to help
enforce de-identification policies.
Yes—adaptive streaming and model optimization help maintain smooth sessions. Performance improves with
higher bandwidth.
You can export your data before cancellation. We follow a retention/deletion policy aligned with your
contract and applicable law.
